Three steps from ringing phone to job details.
Call forwarding sends only the calls you do not take to your own business number from us. Your existing number stays the number customers call.
Forward the calls you can't get to.
Set your phone to send calls you don't answer, calls while you're busy and, on some phones and plans, calls you decline to your own business number from us.
The assistant answers.
It says it is an AI assistant, asks what the job is, where it is and how urgent.
You get a text.
The number, suburb, job and urgency land on your phone with a link to your call log.

Questions before launch.
What calls can it answer?
It can pick up calls you don't answer, calls while your line is busy and, on some phones and plans, calls you decline, at any time of day.
Will callers know it is AI?
Yes. The assistant identifies itself as an AI assistant at the start of the call.
Are calls recorded?
Calls may be recorded. Recordings and transcripts will appear in the portal when the service launches.
How does call forwarding work?
Each business gets its own number from us. You set your phone to forward calls you don't answer and calls while you're busy to that number. On some phones and plans, calls you decline go there too: check it when you test your setup.
Does it book jobs or make outbound calls?
No. It takes a message and job details, then texts the information to the business owner.
Where is information processed?
Recordings and AI processing may happen overseas. Full details will be published on this site before launch.
